Federal Government Ban's Action Bitters Issue Date Of Arrest

 The national agency for food and drug admistration control (NAFDAC) 


Has began enforcing his band on alcoholic beverages sold in sachet and keg bottles below 200 miligrams.

The ban item compressing hundred of alcoholic drink in sachet and keg bottles, were put on hold as the traders regain confrontational, and upstructing efforts to remove the product,

Oligbu stated that manifacturals were given a five year notice in 2018 to discontinue the beverages, but the grace period expired in december 2023

He stated that the Ban was officially announced by NAFDAC  Director General.

The statements further warn manifacturals to size production at the Ban items. Stressing that NAFDAC will intensify his crack down on offending companies and will start sizing such product in supermarket, shop and hawkers nationwide.
