West Ham vs Arsenal. The London derby

Image
WEST HAM VS ARSENAL: Arsenal have their fine form in the last two matches with a whooping victory, they are currently nine point behind the league leaders Liverpool. Arsenal will face there London brothers on Saturday evening. 30/11/2024 Arsenal head into the action after the international break with a whooping victory bout off the back of two convincing victories.  After wining Nottingham Forest,  Arsenal put up their best performance of a tough season via the Champions League on Tuesday night when they thumped Sporting CP 5-1 in Lisbon. It was a statement performance and result, but Arsenal's current deficit in the 'title race' means there's little margin for error the rest of the way. We're hoping for a Manchester City triumph at Anfield on Sunday - who'd have thunk it?! They're facing a West Ham team that'll be buoyed by their 2-0 victory at Newcastle on Monday night. Julen Lopetegui has endured a pretty wretched start to his reign at the London Sta...

While Unai Emery's men have recently faltered, they previously won two wins from two at Villa Park in Europe's top competition - although defeat would see Juve overtake them in the league table.  Aston Villa started their first Champions League campaign with three straight wins, seeing off Young Boys in Switzerland, before memorably beating Bayern Munich in Birmingham, where Bologna were also dispatched three weeks later.  Ruben Amorim's The New Manchester United Boss.  As the Portuguese takes his Red Devils side to face Ipswich Town in his first game as head coach. A couple of weeks after being officially sworn in as Erik ten Hag's successor, Amorim pits his wits against Kieran McKenna, who was also touted as a potential Man United manager over the summer. Match preview  Amorim has  inherited a fantastic team torch from  Ruud van Nistelrooy, who oversaw a four-match unbeaten run as interim head coach before it was decided that he would not be continuing at Old Trafford under the new regime. Despite being just 39 years of age - making him Man United's youngest head coach since a 31-year-old Wilf McGuinness in 1969 - Amorim arrives with title-winning experience on his juvenile CV from his much-lauded time at the Sporting Lisbon helm, not to mention a recent 4-1 destruction of Manchester City in the Champions League. Having already endeared himself to the Red Devils faithful by mas...
